DreamCatchers
A dreamcatcher is a handmade hanging object, traditionally made from a small hoop with woven cord or sinew forming a web, often with beads, feathers, or other natural materials attached. In its traditional form, it was hung near where a child slept, especially over a cradle or bed, as a protective charm. Dreamcatchers are widely associated with the Ojibwe/Anishinaabe tradition, and museum and reference sources describe them as protective objects connected to children, sleep, and spiritual care.
